Lean testing creative ideas with ESCP Paris Factory

I’m giving a presentation on how creatives can lean test their ideas today at ESCP’s Paris Factory with Martin Kupp.  I’m going to open with a story about trying to bring Indian designer jewelry to market in New York City and show how testing some of our assumptions may have led to more success in this venture.  I would like the students to think through the assumptions they are making in their own business and how to test those assumptions (and learn from their customers) as quickly and cheaply as possible.

The point of lean startup isn’t too build lite-weight products. It is to learn from your customers. Build the minimum viable product that will get you the information you need to make better decisions.
